Counselling and therapy during the coronavirus pandemic

I am currently still working face to face at my office in Benton, but I am happy to discuss online counselling with potential new clients seeking support during this time. I am experienced at delivering therapy over Skype and similar software.

Brief summary:

I qualified as a counsellor in 2013 after training over four years, but have been working and volunteering in the area of mental health for over fifteen years. I have special interest in and experience of working with people with eating disorders and autistic people (especially when these are the same person!), but also work with anxiety, stress, depression, self harm, trauma and abuse, gender and sexuality diversity, issues around relationships, and other common reasons people might seek counselling. You can find a bit more information about me here, an explanation of counselling here, and my contact information and hourly rates here. I am accredited by and registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and practice according to their code of ethics.

I also have profiles on the BACP therapist’s directory and the Counselling Directory.
