Please feel free to look around at the different pages and posts, and to get in touch with me if there is anything you want to discuss further.

Brief summary:

I qualified as a counsellor in 2013 after training over four years, but have been working and volunteering in the area of mental health for over fifteen years. I have special interest in and experience of working with people with eating disorders and autistic people (especially when these are the same person!), but also work with anxiety, stress, depression, self harm, trauma and abuse, gender and sexuality diversity, issues around relationships, and other common reasons people might seek counselling. You can find a bit more information about me here, an explanation of counselling here, and my contact information and hourly rates here. I am a Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and practice according to their code of ethics.

I also have profiles on the BACP therapist’s directory and the Counselling Directory.
